Kashmiri Civil Society Condemns BJP-RSS Collaboration, Vows Resistance Against Indian Occupation
April 5, 2024In a resolute stance against the advancement of Hindutva ideology in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), Kashmiri civil society members have declared their unwavering determination to resist India’s illegal occupation and reject any collaboration with the BJP-RSS agenda.
According to reports, prominent figures in Kashmiri civil society, including Dr. Zubair Ahmed, Muhammad Furhan, Muhammad Iqbal Shaheen, and Syed Haider Hussain, expressed their unequivocal stance against those aligning with the BJP-RSS agenda in media interviews conducted in Srinagar.
Labeling collaborators with the BJP-RSS agenda as traitors, they highlighted the exploitation of local proxies by the BJP to further its anti-Muslim agenda in Kashmir. They emphasized that those who align themselves with the BJP-RSS in IIOJK betray the Kashmiri cause and face inevitable condemnation.
The civil society members underscored the futility of collaborating with the BJP-RSS, warning that such individuals will ultimately be consigned to the dustbin of history, devoid of any prominence or significance. They reminded the Kashmiri populace of India’s history of broken promises and betrayal, cautioning against placing trust in the agendas of the BJP-RSS.
Rejecting any accommodation of BJP-RSS collaborators in IIOJK, they asserted that such individuals are a disgrace to the Kashmiri people and have no place in the region. They reiterated the Kashmiri people’s steadfast commitment to their cause, vowing to thwart Modi’s efforts to create local collaborators.
Emphasizing the enduring nature of Kashmiri resistance, the civil society members affirmed that the struggle for liberation from illegal occupation would persist unabated. They reiterated the Kashmiri people’s determination to free their homeland from the shackles of oppression, reaffirming their resolve to resist any attempts to undermine their sovereignty and dignity.
