Hindutva Priest Yati Narsinghanand Backs Activist Anil Yadav Call For Muslim Genocide

A dangerous wave of hate speech is sweeping across India with absolute impunity. In Ghaziabad Hindutva priest Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati publicly supported a shocking call for the genocide of Muslims. He defended Hindutva activist Anil Yadav who recently stated that Islam must be ended through mass elimination. This open endorsement reveals how deeply violent majoritarian extremism has penetrated mainstream religious gatherings.

Justifying Majoritarian Mass Murder Through Gaza Conflict

Narsinghanand used the ongoing military conflict in Gaza to justify extreme violence against Indian Muslims. He told his audience that Israel is bombing Muslims and that is why Israelis travel peacefully without conviction. This direct comparison is a deliberate attempt to import foreign wars to trigger local communal violence. The Hindutva priest explicitly used international destruction as a successful model for local followers to imitate.

Total Defiance of Constitutional Law and Order

The controversial priest openly mocked the legal system by demanding that any police action against Yadav must target him first. This aggressive stance creates a sense of total protection for hate speech offenders within the Hindutva ecosystem. The video of the event went viral online causing intense public anger. It shows that right wing extremists no longer fear the law and feel free to incite mass violence publicly.

Shocking Rise in Documented Anti Muslim Speeches

This incident is part of a massive systemic increase in organized hate speech nationwide. Data from the India Hate Lab shows that hate speech events rose from 668 in 2023 to 1165 in 2024. The crisis worsened dramatically in 2025 with 1318 verified events. Out of these 1318 hate speech incidents a staggering 98 percent directly targeted Muslims with hostile and threatening rhetoric.

Political Patronage and High Risk Regions

The data clearly shows that these hate assemblies enjoy powerful state protection. Uttar Pradesh remains the worst state recording 242 incidents in 2024 and 266 in 2025. Around 88 percent of all hate speech events in 2025 happened in states ruled by the Bharatiya Janata Party. This political connection allows Hindutva leaders to gather large crowds and deliver genocidal speeches without fear.

Shift From Conspiracy Theories To Weapon Distribution

The language used by these extremists has turned from hateful ideas into direct calls for physical war. In previous years speakers used conspiracy theories to scare the majority population. However in 2024 researchers documented 259 events with direct calls for violence. This included 123 speeches urging Hindus to buy weapons and 111 speeches demanding a total economic boycott of Muslims.

Long History of Impunity For Serial Offenders

Narsinghanand is a repeat offender who has constantly escaped permanent punishment. He was a main organizer of the 2021 Haridwar event where multiple Hindutva speakers called for Muslim genocide. Although arrested in 2022 he got bail quickly and resumed his hate campaign. In 2023 and 2024 he continued making aggressive remarks and demanding the closure of Muslim institutions showing that temporary arrests fail.

Digital Platforms Powering Global Extremist Reach

Social media networks act as massive tools to spread this violent rhetoric to millions instantly. Extremists record and live stream these events on purpose to maximize polarization. In 2025 a total of 1278 out of 1318 hate events were shared online. Facebook hosted the most uploads with 942 videos followed by YouTube turning local hate speeches into national security threats.

Crushing Hate Assemblies To Protect Human Lives

The open advocacy for genocide by religious figures is a severe threat to human life and national stability. When states look away and let repeat offenders operate freely the safety of millions of citizens is destroyed. The judiciary and state machinery must end this political favoritism immediately. Strict legal action must be taken against these Hindutva figures to stop India from sliding into mass communal violence.
