Expressing solidarity with the affected families, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, in a statement released in Srinagar, conveyed his deep sorrow for the tragic incidents. The leader also offered prayers for the swift recovery of those injured in the accidents, emphasizing the importance of collective support during such challenging times.
The Awami Action Committee (AAC) joined Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in mourning the demise of Mohammad Hussain Kishoo (Zarkob), a resident of Nawab Bazar, Kanipora, who had familial ties with the Mirwaiz family. In a gesture of empathy, a delegation from AAC visited the home of the deceased to express solidarity and sympathy with the grieving family.
The delegation, acting on behalf of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, extended their condolences and prayed for the strength and patience of the bereaved family members. Additionally, they offered prayers for the departed soul, expressing hope that Mohammad Hussain Kishoo finds eternal peace in Jannat-ul-Firdous.
