Amidst ongoing protests in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) over rising prices, Ali Raza Syed, Chairman of the Kashmir Council EU, has issued a caution against potential exploitation by adversaries like India, known for seizing every opportunity to undermine the ongoing freedom struggle in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Syed stressed the importance of both authorities and protesters peacefully addressing the pressing issues at hand, thereby thwarting any chance for enemies to exploit the situation.

Speaking from Brussels, Ali Raza Syed underscored the significance of constructive dialogue over resorting to violence. He called upon all stakeholders to prioritize peace, preventing any escalation of tensions that could exacerbate the situation further.

Additionally, Syed urged the AJK government to take proactive measures to resolve the crisis through peaceful means. He cautioned against India’s tactics of distorting facts to discredit the ongoing freedom struggle in the occupied territory, while also shedding light on the sacrifices made by the people of Azad Kashmir in bolstering the defence and development of Pakistan.

To conclude, Syed’s statement emphasizes the need for collective efforts to address socio-economic grievances while remaining vigilant against external attempts to manipulate or exploit internal dissent for nefarious purposes. By prioritizing peaceful dialogue and cooperation, stakeholders can effectively navigate challenges and safeguard the interests of the people of AJK.
