The State Investigation Agency (SIA) has filed a chargesheet against a Twitter account in a special court established under the NIA Act in Budgam, Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
According to a statement released by the occupation authorities in Srinagar, the case pertains to the alleged publication of content deemed anti-India, separatist, and supportive of terrorism on social media.
Officials claimed that the Twitter account was responsible for sharing posts that promoted separatist narratives and terrorism. Following this, a formal case was registered at the Police Station, Counter Intelligence Kashmir – State Investigation Agency (CIK-SIA).
The Twitter handle has been identified as belonging to Irfan-ul-Haq, a resident of Kausa Khalsa in Budgam district.
