Indian Authorities Seized Property of Another Kashmiri Leader in IIOJK
August 2, 2024 Off By Sharp MediaThe New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) has seized the property of Kifayat Rizvi, a leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) and a key figure in pro-freedom activities, in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
The SIA attached a plot of land measuring one Kanal and three Marlas in the Shariefabad HMT area of Srinagar. This action was carried out under the orders of the Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, as per an official SIA statement.
Kifayat Rizvi has been active in pro-freedom activities alongside detained leader Fayaz Hussain Jafary of Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami. He has been vocal about Indian atrocities and the Hindutva agenda in IIOJK, advocating for the peaceful resolution of the Kashmir conflict.
