Chairperson of the Peace and Culture Organisation (PCO), Mushaal Hussein Mullick, has vehemently condemned the ongoing human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and Palestine.

During her recent visit, Mullick, who is married to unlawfully imprisoned JKLF chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik, criticized the oppressive tactics of India’s Hindutva regime and the Zionist state of Israel. She highlighted the atmosphere of terror and abuse that pervades both occupied territories.

Her visit included participation in a protest. The demonstration drew attention to the atrocities committed by the Indian government in IIOJK while standing in solidarity with the Palestinian cause. Key figures present included Sohail Altaf, Prof. Zafar Sindhu, and Dr. Owais Malik.

Mullick commended the business community, for its commitment to the Kashmiri struggle for self-determination. She announced a preliminary agreement to establish a symbolic Pakistan Kashmir Chamber of Commerce aimed at raising awareness of the difficulties faced by Kashmiri entrepreneurs.

This initiative is crucial, as it seeks to empower Kashmiris economically. Mullick urged the business community to take an active role in supporting this endeavor, highlighting that economic empowerment is vital for the Kashmiri people.

Moreover, she took aim at global powers and human rights organizations for their shameful silence on the inhumane treatment meted out by Indian and Israeli forces. This silence perpetuates a cycle of violence and injustice.

Mullick lamented the tragic transformation of IIOJK, once a beautiful valley, into a terrifying hells cape. Indian occupation forces operate with impunity, ruthlessly killing Kashmiri youth and harassing women.

In her concluding remarks, she urged the international community to muster the courage to hold both the Indian and Israeli governments accountable. It is essential that Kashmiris and Palestinians are granted the right to determine their own futures.

The world must not turn a blind eye to these atrocities. The oppression in IIOJK and Palestine demands urgent attention and action from global leaders.

Mullick’s strong statements serve as a wake-up call. The ongoing human rights violations cannot be brushed aside any longer. The fight for justice and dignity must be at the forefront of international discourse.

The need for solidarity is more pressing than ever. If global powers remain complicit through inaction, the cries for justice from Kashmir and Palestine will continue to resonate unheard.
