Canada Exposes India’s Disturbing Nexus with Criminal Organizations
October 17, 2024Canada has uncovered a shocking and troubling connection between Indian officials, intelligence agents, and criminal organizations targeting Sikh activists within its borders. This alarming revelation follows the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a prominent Sikh leader advocating for the Khalistan movement.
Nijjar’s assassination in June 2023 has sparked widespread outrage and brought scrutiny to the Modi government’s controversial tactics on the international stage. Reports suggest that high-ranking officials from the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) were allegedly authorized to conduct operations against Sikh activists in Canada.
Canadian officials have implicated Indian Home Minister Amit Shah in the authorization of intelligence-gathering and attacks on Canadian soil. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has stated that federal police found “clear and compelling evidence” of Indian agents engaging in activities that threaten public safety. He called India’s actions a “monumental mistake,” highlighting the severe ramifications of using diplomats and criminal networks to carry out attacks abroad.
The investigation has revealed disturbing ties between individuals connected to the Indian government and notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s criminal network. Allegations against Indian diplomats include extortion, intimidation, harassment, and even targeted killings of Canadian citizens. The implications are dire: evidence reportedly links India’s top diplomat, Sanjay Verma, to Nijjar’s assassination.
In retaliation, Canada expelled six Indian diplomats, including the high commissioner, citing their roles in Nijjar’s murder. This drastic move signifies a deeper conflict, as Canada had previously asked India to waive diplomatic immunity for these individuals, only to be rebuffed.
Vina Nadjibulla, research director at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, noted that these expulsions represent a significant escalation in diplomatic tensions that have persisted for over a year. She emphasized that this situation signals a “diplomatic rupture,” as Canada continues to seek Indian cooperation in the ongoing investigation, which has so far been denied.
Analysts are warning that India’s aggressive actions pose substantial threats to both regional and global stability. Critics argue that the Modi regime’s tactics are a clear manifestation of state-sponsored terrorism and rogue behavior, undermining peace not only in South Asia but across the globe.
India has faced numerous allegations of financing and orchestrating terror activities, particularly aimed at destabilizing Pakistan. Islamabad has consistently alerted the world to India’s involvement in subversive activities, especially after the arrest of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, who provided critical details about India’s anti-state operations.
The international community must recognize the cross broader threat posed by the RSS-backed Modi regime. As tensions escalate, urgent diplomatic measures are essential to counter the Modi government’s aggressive and fascist tendencies. Failure to act will only endanger more lives and exacerbate an already volatile situation.
